In this Agreement, the following terms carry the meanings assigned below unless the context requires otherwise:

To register and use jkt88 Services, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. jkt88 enforces a strict 21+ policy across all Services and will request documentary proof of age at any time.
• You must be a resident of Indonesia. The Platform is designed and operated for the Indonesian market.
• You must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract under applicable law.
• You must not be listed on any self-exclusion register maintained by jkt88 or any affiliated platform.
• You must not be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable local law.
• You must not be acting on behalf of, or as an agent for, any third party in placing wagers or operating an Account.

jkt88 reserves the right to request documentary proof of any eligibility criterion at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory evidence within the timeframe specified by jkt88 may result in Account suspension and the withholding of pending withdrawals pending investigation.

To access jkt88 Services, you must create an Account by completing the registration process on the Platform. By registering, you represent and warrant that:

• All information provided during registration — including your full legal name, date of birth, Indonesian residential address, and contact details — is accurate, current, and complete.
• You will promptly update your Account information if any details change.
• You will maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials and will not share your username or password with any third party.
• You accept sole responsibility for all activity conducted through your Account, whether or not authorised by you.

One Account Policy: Each individual is permitted to hold only one active jkt88 Account. Opening duplicate or multiple Accounts — whether under the same identity or a different identity — is strictly prohibited. jkt88 reserves the right to merge, close, and forfeit balances from any duplicate Accounts identified through technical or manual review.

Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Account credentials. jkt88 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) from your Account security settings. jkt88 will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorised Account access where you have failed to take reasonable steps to secure your credentials.

jkt88 reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason, at its sole discretion.

jkt88 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) programme to verify the identity, age, and residence of all Players. KYC verification may be requested at registration, prior to the first withdrawal, or at any other point during your use of the Platform.

Documents that may be requested include, but are not limited to:

• Proof of Identity: Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP/NIK), passport, or equivalent government-issued photo identification.
• Proof of Age: Any of the above identity documents clearly showing your date of birth.
• Proof of Residence: A utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence issued within the past three months showing your Indonesian residential address.
• Proof of Payment Method: A screenshot or statement confirming ownership of the bank account or e-wallet used for deposits (e.g., BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, OVO, DANA, GoPay).

Withdrawals may be held pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification. jkt88 will make reasonable efforts to complete KYC review within three (3) WIB business days of receiving all requested documents. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within fourteen (14) calendar days of the initial request may result in Account suspension.

jkt88 accepts deposits exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) via the following payment channels:

• Bank Transfer: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, Bank Permata, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), and other supported local banks as updated from time to time on the Platform cashier page.
• E-Wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.

The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and Account tier; current limits are displayed at the time of deposit in the Platform cashier. Deposits are credited to your Account balance instantly or within the processing time specific to each payment channel.

jkt88 does not charge deposit fees. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply its own transaction fees, for which jkt88 accepts no responsibility. You are solely responsible for ensuring that all deposited funds originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in Account suspension and return of funds to the original payment source.

All deposits are subject to anti-money laundering (AML) screening. jkt88 reserves the right to request evidence of the source of funds for any deposit at its discretion.

Withdrawals may be requested at any time via the Platform cashier, subject to the following conditions:

• Your Account must have passed the required KYC verification before any withdrawal can be processed.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Maximum withdrawal limits per transaction and per day are displayed in the cashier at the time of the request.
• Withdrawals will be processed exclusively to the payment method used for your most recent deposit, or to a verified account in your own name. jkt88 does not issue withdrawals to third-party accounts.
• Any outstanding Wagering Requirements attached to active Bonuses must be satisfied before the portion of funds subject to those requirements can be withdrawn.

Processing Times: E-wallet withdrawals (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja) are typically processed within 15 minutes, 24 hours a day. Bank transfer withdrawals (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, and others) are typically processed within 1–3 WIB business hours. Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume, public holidays, or where additional verification is required.

jkt88 does not charge withdrawal fees. Any fees imposed by your bank or e-wallet provider are your responsibility. jkt88 reserves the right to decline a withdrawal request pending completion of AML or fraud review procedures.

jkt88 offers a range of promotional Bonuses to eligible Players. All Bonuses are subject to the specific terms published on the relevant promotion page at the time the offer is claimed, in addition to the following general conditions:

• Wagering Requirements: Unless otherwise stated, all Bonuses carry a Wagering Requirement. The applicable multiplier (e.g., 20x, 30x) is stated on the promotion page. Wagering Requirements must be met within the validity period of the Bonus, after which any uncompleted Bonus and associated winnings will expire and be removed from the Account.
• Game Contributions: Not all games contribute equally towards Wagering Requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%; live casino and table games may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all. Game contribution rates are specified on each promotion page.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible Players only, as defined on each promotion page. jkt88 reserves the right to exclude any Player from a promotion where there is evidence of abuse, bonus-hunting behaviour, or breach of these Terms.
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless stated otherwise, only one Bonus may be active on an Account at any given time. Accepting a new Bonus while another is active may cause the existing Bonus and associated winnings to be forfeited.
• No Cash Alternative: Bonuses have no cash value and cannot be transferred between Accounts or exchanged for cash outside the normal withdrawal process after Wagering Requirements have been met.

jkt88 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any Bonus offer at any time without prior notice. Evidence of fraudulent Bonus activity — including but not limited to coordinated wagering, multi-accounting, or the use of automated betting tools — will result in voiding of all Bonus-related winnings and Account termination.

All sports bets, casino wagers, and other gaming activity on jkt88 are subject to the product-specific rules published in the relevant section of the Platform, as well as the following general principles:

• Bet Acceptance: jkt88 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any wager at its sole discretion, including where a bet has been placed on erroneous odds or pricing caused by a technical or human error.
• Void Bets: A bet may be declared void in circumstances including but not limited to: match abandonment, corruption findings, evident system errors, or where the outcome of an event has become known prior to bet placement.
• In-Play Betting: In-play markets may be suspended or removed at any time during a live event. Accepted in-play bets will stand unless voided under the circumstances described above.
• Maximum Payout: A maximum single-transaction payout applies to each betting product. Current payout caps are displayed within each product section on the Platform.
• RNG Games: All random number generator (RNG) game outcomes are determined by certified software from licensed studios including Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Pocket Games Soft, and Spribe. Game results are final once the round is completed and displayed on screen.
• Disconnection Policy: If a network disconnection occurs during a live casino round or RNG game spin, jkt88 will resolve the round based on the server-side recorded game state. Completed round results will not be reversed due to player-side connectivity issues.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jkt88 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Opening or operating more than one Account.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC verification.
• Depositing funds from a payment method not registered in your own name.
• Using the Platform for the purpose of money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors in odds, or pricing discrepancies to gain an unfair advantage.

• Colluding with other Players to manipulate game or betting outcomes.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting strategies that jkt88 determines, in its sole discretion, to constitute systematic exploitation of the Platform.
• Accessing or attempting to access jkt88 Services while self-excluded.
• Allowing a person under 21 years of age to access your Account or use your payment credentials to fund an Account.

All content on the jkt88 Platform — including but not limited to software, source code, databases, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, and the overall look and feel of the Platform — is the property of jkt88 or its content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without prior written consent from jkt88.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

• jkt88 provides the Platform and all Services on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
• jkt88 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.
• jkt88's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Services shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account during the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
• In no event shall jkt88 be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude jkt88's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

jkt88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where jkt88 has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms.
• Your Account has been used for fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity.
• Continuing to operate your Account would expose jkt88 to regulatory, financial, or reputational risk.
• You have provided false or misleading information during registration or KYC.

You may voluntarily close your Account at any time by contacting jkt88 support. Upon Account closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding Bonus credits not yet meeting Wagering Requirements) will be returned to your verified payment method within five (5) WIB business days, subject to completion of all outstanding KYC and AML checks.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognised principles of commercial law. jkt88 operates as an internationally licensed and regulated online gaming platform. By using the Platform, you acknowledge that online betting is subject to varying legal frameworks across jurisdictions and that you are solely responsible for ensuring your use of jkt88 Services complies with the laws applicable in your location.

jkt88 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, jkt88 will provide reasonable notice by publishing the updated Terms on the Platform with a revised "Last Updated" date and, where practicable, by notifying registered Players via email or in-Platform notification.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact support to close your Account.
